MELODY / A SERVICE MORE PEOPLE CAN USE
Accessibility.
We want MelodyLearn to be usable in different ways, on different devices and with assistive technology.
Ways to use the website
The public pages use labelled fields, visible keyboard focus, structured headings and text links. You can navigate with a keyboard, zoom and use browser reading tools. Policy pages include Print or save.
Reduced-motion settings disable the homepage’s notes-and-artwork movement and decorative transitions. Audio starts only when you choose it and has pause and seek controls.
Known limitations
We have not completed an independent accessibility audit and do not claim full WCAG conformance. Third-party sign-in and payment pages have their own interfaces. Generated lyrics and audio can contain errors.
The public sample includes a displayed chorus extract, not a complete synchronised transcript. Generated-song pages provide lyrics, but they may not match every sung word or timing. We are continuing to improve these areas.
Tell us what gets in the way
Use the accessibility contact form or email contact@melodylearn.com. Include the page, device/browser or assistive technology if useful, what you tried to do and what would help. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical details.
If the form is inaccessible, email is an alternative. We will consider a reasonable alternative way to provide the information or help you need.
